2. Publication director

The publication director, in the meaning of article 6-III-1° of the French Confidence in the Digital Economy Act of 21 June 2004 (LCEN), is: Gaëtan Maiuri, in his capacity as managing director of Hexceos SARL.

3. Hosting

The hexceos.fr and hexceos.ca websites are hosted by Hexceos SARL, in its own sovereign multi-site datacenter in France (Île-de-France and Occitanie). The publisher and the host are the same legal entity; contact details are those given in paragraph 1.

This infrastructure is also offered for application hosting to Hexceos clients who request it.

4. Intellectual property

The whole site — its structure, editorial content, illustrations, graphic charter, source code and the "Hexceos" trademark — is protected by the provisions of the French Intellectual Property Code.

Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication, transmission, in whole or in part, of the website or its content, by whatever means, without the express prior authorisation of Hexceos SARL, is prohibited and would constitute infringement sanctioned by articles L. 335-2 and following of the Intellectual Property Code.

Third-party trademarks and logos cited on the website (Microsoft, Google, AWS, etc.) belong to their respective holders and are mentioned for illustrative purposes only.

The site may contain links to third-party sites. Hexceos has no control over these sites and disclaims any responsibility for their content, privacy policy or practices.

Creating inbound links to hexceos.fr is free, provided these links do not harm Hexceos's image and respect generally accepted internet conduct. Hexceos reserves the right to request the removal of any link deemed inappropriate.
